public class SchemaDVFactoryImpl

extends BaseSchemaDVFactory

the factory to create/return built-in schema 1.0 DVs and create user-defined DVs

public XSSimpleType getBuiltInType(java.lang.String name)

It needs to be changed as per the decision taken.
